Order Processing Time

In-stock items usually ship within 3–5 business days after the order is received.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Transit Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated transit time for delivery within the United States is 3-5 business days. Please note that these are estimated delivery times, and actual delivery may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, carrier delays, or high-volume periods.

Shipping Cut-off Time

Our daily shipping cut-off time is 5:00 PM EST. Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Costs

Tess Marketplace offers Free Shipping on all orders over $75. For orders under $75, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Shipping Carriers

We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your order reaches you safely and efficiently. Our primary carriers may include FedEx, UPS, and USPS.

Shipping Destinations

All items in your order must be shipped to a single address.
Tess Marketplace currently ships exclusively to addresses within the United States.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment directly on the carrier's website.

Incorrect Address or Undeliverable Packages

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. Tess Marketplace is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for any re-shipping costs.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Tess Marketplace takes great care in packaging your items securely. However, in the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at help@tessmarketplace.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a suitable resolution.
