At Tess Marketplace, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes a product may not be exactly what you expected. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds to ensure a clear and fair process.

30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: new, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at help@tessmarketplace.com. Please include your order number and the reason for your return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Tess Marketplace will cover the cost of return shipping. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label.

No Restocking Fees

Tess Marketplace does not charge any restocking fees for returns.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at help@tessmarketplace.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items or items purchased with a discount code (unless otherwise specified)

Refund Method and Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
